Fan wouldn't turn off

My Ride: 2006 BMW 530i Alpine White, Sport Package, 6MT, Auburn interior 2007 Acura TSX, Black on Black, 6MT, OEM Body Kit 2000 Honda CBR929RR, Yellow, Pazzo Racing adjustable brake/clutch levers, Sato rear sets, full Micron Exhaust, double bubble windscreen.

has anyone experience this? started the car and the AC was blowing max, adjusted the dial all the way to lowest setting and turned off the AC. AC was off but fan was still blowing to max even if the control shows lowest setting. then turned off the fan contol and still fan was blowing. got home and parked in the garage, turned off the engine and everything and pulled out the key and fan was still blowing really hard.
