It wasn't me with the cup of coffee, although that was really funny. My cuplauncher was inside the car, and NOT funny when it happened. What was funny was the cupholder that shot itself out of the dash & into the back seat when you opened it. Sadly, all the problems are not so funny. What is even LESS funny is how BMW keeps postponing our court dates for arbitration (over 6 months from our original date now).

BMW is just an extremely unpleasant company to deal with. I don't know how they can legally postpone arbitration this much, but they have. We still haven't had ANY meetings with BMW about the case. It is extremely frustrating. I think the main problem is that we have no help from the dealer, so BMWNA is much more difficult to deal with.

Man, had a great day until my wife just called from work... The trunk was open when she left this morning. I biked into work, so I didn't have my keys. That trunk is faulty. A nice letter tonight to BMWNA. Man. This is depressing.
