After going through the hassle of dropping my car at the dealer today they've just phoned me to say 24.02 failed and they knew it would! This is after they confirmed it WOULD work... Even after I'd advised them there was a high possibility of it failing and for them to check carefully.

I'm also having this problem too since December. Can't understand why can't they install the version which goes into the new cars. I'm sure that will work.

I heard that all software updates are done centrally by plugig the cars into a computer that downloads & installs the latest program
