Hello,

I have just recieved a 2004 530i, and I'm currently looking for an exhaust system for my car. I've gone on many different websites and haven't found any luck yet on what brands are out there for the 530i. Could you guys help me with this and maybe tell me the price on some systems, and what type of a system it is (cat-back, etc.) Thanks in advance.

I have one more question.

I found a cat-back exhaust system from Borla. It seems like a nice system, but would you trust borla on a BMW?

Hi.

There are a couple of aftermarket companies out there:
1. Eisenmann (sport version and race version(its louder)
2. B&B (Billy Boat)
3. Remus
4. Magnaflow (just an exhaust)
5. Borla (i never encountered this system)

It depends on what your taste is and how you want your car to sound. Good luck

p.s Update where your from so we can help you better

Hey, I got a couple more questions, and thank you for responding so fast.

Out of all the exhaust you've listed, which ones are a cat-back system and just a muffler.

Last one, would it be stupid to get a magnaflow universal muffler and weld it on (im not a big fan of magnaflow/borla+euro cars, but the price of a magnaflow muffler is cheap and im on a low budget)

Thanks

The best mechanics/tuners/axhaust installers here, they use Supersprint or Hamann on their cars, pure quality

Just so happens that Supersprint makes both Hamann and RDSport.
