I would like to have a little more growl from the exhaust pipe, kinda like my G35 had. I don't want to replace the entire assembly, but maybe a piece or two. Recommendations?

To get more growl, I would reccomend Remus. Subtle but growly.

Hahaha no worries Roger, I would usually reccomend RPi

But the OP wanted a little more growl like "on his G35" I think Remus fits this application better.

But if you want a sporty, real exhaust. Go for RPi

I agree. I just had my custom Remus quads installed and I love the growl it has.
Not everyone is looking for "performance" since the marginal hp gains don't do much for those who drive normal speeds.
RPI does tend to be the redundant choice on this forum though for performance.
IF you are looking for a cheaper alternative though, I think a simple muffler change can be the growl you are looking for. Magnaflow is a popular brand for those looking for something cheaper.
