My Ride: 2007 BMW 530i alpine white......have 550 body kit, ac spoilers, 20 inch m5 replica rims, BOSH horns, dark tint....will add xenon fogs and paint the grill titanium silver =]

so ive been looking for an exhaust for my 07 530. found the RPI which was 700. a local shop, Rego Sport, told me they will hook me up with a magnaflow exhaust system with the muffler tips for 350. should i go with it. is magnaflow any good, sound, increase in hp?? thanks
