I recently had front bushings replaced since there were cracks which caused vibrations.
I also had springs changed with H&R springs with 19" wheels and tires.
Alignment was performed to factory spec.

It has been about a week since I picked up my car and the vibration on steering wheel is starting to come back.
What do you think is causing this?

Maybe rebalance the tires.

+1. Especially since the Steering Wheel is vibrating. If you don't have sports package, then also rotate the tires along with balancing them.

Maybe your rotors need to be resurfaced?

How old is your car and how many miles? Check your wheels for bends. Check wheel bearings. For me, I noticed at higher speed it would vibrate excessively. Thought the wheel was bent because that's usually what causes the vibration. Mechanic took the wheel off and said you wheel bearings are shot. 43k miles on the car.

Thats funny. I have the same problem after replacing the front arm bushing and shocks (at the same time)
I'm still not sure what the issue is. Vibration occurs around 60 to 70mph

My guess is that somehow the rim does not fit perfectly around the spacer all of a sudden (aftermarker rims) but my winter tires (original BMW rims) also have the vibration, just slightly less.
I doubt that the bearings are shot all of a sudden. You would deff hear that.
If rotors are warped, vibration should only be happening when braking.
