Excessive brake noise and visit to dealer...

I agree with the "rust" analysis. I too have squeeky brakes.
There is a car wash in my area that sprays a very high pressure stream on the wheels (inside and out) to clean them. When I emerged from the car wash, no squeeks for a bit.
After a few weeks, the squeek is back.
If you ever remove your wheels, you can see a lot of rust in the hub area.

Well I got all 4 rotors pads and sensors installed yesterday. All is good right now. Just bitch enough and show them the service bulletin and they will eventually give you all new brakes.
I'll be giving my service advisor a call today and im going to put pressure on him to replace the rotors along with pads and sensors.

Last resort take some brake cleaner and spray all over rotor and caliper, then take the car out and do a oh shit stop from 60 to warm those things up.
Mine has been doing it lately after 5 slow traffic stops, I did the O' shit stop and it went away for the time being.
I dont think the techs turn rotors or clean any of the caliper etc.. Show those pads whos boss lol!

3-4 visits and they still can't figure out wtf is going on... even dropped off the car when the engineer came to visit.
They claimed they looked at the car but my wheel lock key was in the same place that i left it at and its pretty hidden so they wouldnt be able to find it.... noone probably looked at my car, they just kept it there for 2 days.
So in conclusion they cant rectify the problem and the response from the service advisor was "they all do that"
im pretty much fed up with this car.... i've been to the dealer 4 times in the last month and a half and i still got more issues with the car but they want to start charging me to inspect the vehicle because they can not find anything wrong with the car.... im going today to speak the service manager about this situation.
No matter what though the car will be going up for sale within a few weeks... im fed up

Sorry to hear that. I had squeaky brakes on my brand new LCI in the UK. Took it in to the dealer, they cleaned/resurfaced the pads but the noise came back within a day or so. Took it back in, they replaced the front discs and pads with new ones, and since then it's been perfect.
