Had a really good experience today at Capitol Glass Works in San Jose (Capitol Expressway). The wiper insert had come off the blade and left an arcing scratch across my wndshield that could not be repaired (on my X5 BTW). They used original BMW parts, ensured it had the necessary rain sensor, and didn't make a mess around the car. By contrast, I took it to another place to get a quote previously and in trying to buff the scratch out they left a small ding in the hood and got buffing compound everywhere. Capitol was recommended to me by Allison BMW in Mountain View.
