Euro Nav retrofit into US car

My Ride: 2006 530I, Black Sapphire, Gray dakota leather, Cold Weather package, Premium package, Audio upgrade, Comfort seats, Rear heated seats
I have a 2006 530I without NAV, I want to retrofit it in....I talked to a couple dealers and they say its not possible, I guess I dont understand that. I looked on realoem and found a Euro retrofit kit for NAV...my
question is could I use that in my US car?
