Engine oil at minimum level

It's starting to get a little cooler so it could be what's on the SIB (attached).
I change my oil every February and have been getting this message around October. Adding 1 quart of oil brings it from minimum to maximum. Last year when I got the warning, I just added 1/2 quart and it went to maximum so it could be partially a sensor issue.
Another thing to note is that I never got this using 5W-30 oil and just started getting it when I switched to 0W-40. Maybe the newer oil burned faster???
