I recently read that all 550's received oil coolers.I have a 2004 545i that had all the usual oil seals replaced along with valve seals.Further research I found only 545's in "hotter climates" received oil coolers.Could this have aided in the 550's better reliability oil sealing?Anyone here add a oil cooler to a 545,or know of this being done?The 550 oil cooler has a thermostat which should help with a faster recovery from higher heat situation?Thanks.
