in HK itis a small place so no need for a spare wheel just call the 24h wheel man out, itis cheeper than getting a spare wheel too, unless you get loads of blowouts, then itis cheeper to get the spare wheel.
I had 1 this year and just towed it back to the tyre shop and changed it.

 

Won't you have to pay the "24h wheel man" for the new tyre?!! Or do they just loan it to you till you buy/repair your own?

In the UK, you'd call the roadside assistance AA, RAC or GreenFlag and they'll change your flat tyre for you (putting your own spare in its place). If you don't have a spare, they'll bring one with them; but I imagine it will be a budget brand for a premium price

 

the tow lorry is the tyre man so no need he fixs it right away unless he is closed then he park it at his shop and fix next day.

 

In Sweden when you bye a car with Runflat you get no emergency wheel so you have to order that as an option because you need it during the winterseason when you have wintertires. The option costs approx. $135.
