There is nothing that means more to the State of New Jersey than reaching into our pockets. It's kind of like dangling a carrot in front of a rabbit. That said, perhaps the suggestion of a small fee for this privilege might get them to consider it.

Well, that would require that these politician's think. That is a big problem here as most decisions in this state involve little or no thought!
