It might not work with Aluminum as in E60 case I might be wrong.

Yep, I had it done to my black Lexus after a shopping cart left a dime sized dent. I was amazed at how well it worked - you couldn't see any marks in the metal at all.

The only down side was that in the right light you could see a little "wave" pattern in the metal. If it didn't piss me off so much, I would have thought it was kind of cool. It looked a little like a hologram; the metal itself was flat, but in the right light, at the right angle, it looked like there were waves underneath the metal.
