Electrical System Error message

The alt. was tested and was de-funct (tested by Dealer). Took it to my shop who replaced the ALT. Kept having overnight drainage and he found the MPM was burning out (no signs of water damage). He replaced the battery and programmed it at my request.

So far he has put in 12+ hours trying to chase down this electronic gremlin, replacing several blown fuses after the MPM replacement, but to no avail. I finally got a code to stick tonight, but it makes no sense (bank 3 O2 sensor short circuit). The Electronic malfunction flashes, along with several warning lights, but does not throw a code.

My tech is a BMW Certified mechanic of 18 years, with all the tools and equipment.
