Either my mirror slowly falls down or I am getting taller very quickly

My Ride: '04 530i: Bone stock
I have had my '04 530i for a couple years now and I would say that over the last 6-9 months, I have noticed that my rear view mirror needs adjusted upwards every couple of weeks. It seems to me as if it slowly is sagging. I am just curious if anybody else has this issue, or has heard of it?
