Early E60 dash

Hi,
Can anyone out there tell me if the 520i SE E60 (Sep 2003) dash board trim is exactly the same as the 2004 model? I have spotted a RHD full silver titainium
dash replacement for sale and want to change my standard "wood effect one". The pictures look the same but where the drivers air vent is the "shutter" to the vent cant be seen. Does the shutter on 2004 models sit inside the trim also like my 2003 model.
