What is a webasto? If your coolant line to the valve is hot and the cold going into the vehicle you need to change the valve. It's a common fault and everyone eventually will have to replace it. Unless I'm reading what you're saying wrong because I have no idea what a webasto is.
You're also talking about aux heating which is ran by the aux pump. Is that working?

True, but the voltage he read was way too low. It should measure close to battery+ level. Also, it did not toggle when adjusting the climate dial.

I have to remove IHKA and measure wires between connectors.
With "donpb" help, now i understand. Normally valves are open so the coolant can go through heater core same should be when IHKA is set to max hot. But in my case i have always 7,4v on valves connector. So they are always closed.

Measured wiring today. All ok . Same 7.4v reading all time with plug disconnected. 0v with connected plug.
If i do activation test with Rheingold valves makes clunk sound.

Update: Doing diagnostics everyday i tested components on auxiliary heating and IHKA with Rheingold. And i really can hear everything except auxilary heating pump after i push activate it.
Next day same routine check for faults. But this time i have new codes.
00E71D: message(auxiliary coolant pump, 0x2EC), incorrect, receiver IHKA, transmitter SHZH)
009B2F, SHZH: Metering-pump circuit faulty009B2E, SHZH: Heater lockingNext day i ordered new Pierburg pump, and replaced it. Now it works. Remote heating now blowing warm air again and interior feels warmer. Last time i replaced pump to used one, dont know why i got fault codes just after 1 year, and why auxiliary heating was working.
HAppy for now, but i still have to work with IHKA voltage to low on heater valves issue.

Knew it was one or their other. Glad you got the mistery fixed. The aux pump is normally overlooked when there's a heat problem. Don't ask how I know.
