So did you fight the case? What happened to the car? I dont see why they would not cover your brother if he had warranty? They must have proof that the car was taken to 8750 rpm or else I would be fighting the case.

yes we fought for 2 months like i said thats why we only paid 9500 instead of the 28k for the whole motor
