My Ride: 2006 535d Sport
Not sure what the point of this thread is. The OP claims he has a healthy motoring budget and has had cars modified by custom shops in the past, so why not just hand over the car and a blank check so Kahn or whoever that other one is can have their wicked way with it.?
If I had £200K worth of cars at my disposal, I sure as hell wouldn't be pissing about fitting LED light bulbs to the cheapest one in my fleet. In fact, none of that impressive fleet would be a 520d.
What's the truth, OP?.
None of those cars pictured are yours. You only own the 520d and budget is a concern.
Nothing wrong with that at all, I suspect very few of us on here are millionaires, me least of all. So with that out of the way, what would I do if I had a 520d and couldn't change it for a car with a better engine.
New wheels, probably. Maybe get the roof wrapped in vinyl. Beyond that, not much else.

what an utter bellend^^, the 5 series was one of my first cars, such a wonderful car which has 0ver 150,000 on the clock and still drives perfect, wouldn't let it go, so what if i mentioned my OTHER cars which are mine. was just stating that i dont want to do much to an old car as it has lost quite alot of its value. so you mate can F*CKIN do 1
