e60 TV option now greyed out!

I don't use the TV function much, but I thought I'd have a play today and noticed that the TV function was greyed out and inaccessible. It was definately working a couple of weeks ago and about the only thing that has happened is that I fitted a SprintBooster so maybe it is related to that - I did remove the SprintBooster from the car and still the TV option was greyed out so any ideas what could have happened. Any help would be most appreciated, thanks.

Unfortunately, it's out of BMW warranty now and the post warranty I have doesn't cover in car entertainment - typical! Do you know where the tuner is located - perhaps I have accidently disconnected it, alternatively can I reboot / reset the iDrive system perhaps a reset will re-register the unit.
