4 cities in 4 days
1,750 miles flown
375 miles driven
3 hotels
3 crappy rental cars
5 hours of flight delays
lost luggage - twice!

Finally arrive at O'Hare and fire up the sweet sounds of the 550i, blast up the Tri-State tollway at 90mph with Bachmann Tuner Overdrive's Takin'Care of Business blaring on the SAT radio: priceless.

I was totally worn-out and mentally fried last night when I finally re-connected with my luggage again at the airport. But a spirited drive home in the 550i washed away all ills. I arrived home very much fully refreshed.

Is this a great car or what?

Hehe i can believe that . 550i engine is great and love your car especially with those 166's on.
It looks so pretty on a black car .

Enjoy it more and more

Sounds like you have been in HI or you have been flying through London Heathrow.

E60 has long been my tonic relief and escape from the daily grind. Many an evening have I left work somewhat dreary only to be instantly re-invigorated during the drive home in my E60. Tachyon you have got it right. priceless![i]

Yes, our cars are very great. I just want 440 HP (OK, I'll settle for 425 HP). I'm glad you survived your business trip and didn't get a ticket driving home.

You know Tachyon.....I know just how you feel.....after a long, hard, frustrating day.....I love the drive home in my car....my only complaint is that my commute is only 2 miles!! And, since I have a heavy foot...those two miles go really fast!!

It is a great car, though......I don't know about you, but I feel very lucky to be driving it!!
