I opened mine for the first time last week. When I closed it, I thought the glass shattered. That's how loud it is.

Need a trip to the dealer to fix that, my squeaky breaks, and MP3 retrofit

Take it in. Known problem that is easy to fix. My original 530 had this problem and was fixed wihtin an afternoon. Did not require a complete replacement.
