Very interesting. Let me guess, thats 7-logic add-ons already built in and all you need is a cable to enable it!

no, thats the HIFI amp...NOT the Logic 7 (amp is huge for logic 7 which is in my other E60)

I am not sure since i have the standard audio system hence there are no wiring in the car, is there any retrofit for the HIFI??? maybe then i can put this one to use?

Look for another aftermarket amp. It could be that the previous owner installed another amp and has pushed the harness to feed that amp.

That sounds very reasonable. I can't imagine BMW putting it in without any wiring. Besides being an increadible waste of money, it leaves the car looking unfinished - not an image I imagine they would want to portray.

It's not a Logic7 amp. It's a HiFi amp.

but guys, i have checked with bmw and the car has standard audio system hence no upgrades when it comes to audio ..... hence there is no wiring harness either in the boot ........ if there was an aftermarket amp, it would be there ... if the after market amp was removed and this one left unplugged, i would be getting no audio ......

In that case its a factory error and you can then sell that amp on ebay because you can't use it too. If you are literally throwing it away PM me because I may be interested.
