Default E60 slight oil leak

My E60 seems to have a slight oil leak under the intake manifold(drivers side). I know that the gaskets of the intake manifold became hard. My this be the cause or a bad ccv pcv valve? There is also a bit of oil in the charge pipe.
Turbo is new and the turbo line is new too. Engine has been overhauled recently

Any of those items you listed could be the culprit.

thanks for the reply. is the pcv a part to commonly fail and cause oil leaks on the e60 diesels?

this is under the intake manifold

the shop told me that my vacuum pump is leaking too. i guess the oil is leaking onto the tstat as it seems. because I dont have any coolant loss but its moist there on the tstat housing

how big of a deal is it when there is oil in the intake of my e60? can I neglect it or should I go for a new crankcase breather(pcv) and new intake manifold seals(my swirl flaps have been blocked off)

Perform a smoke test and then use florescent dye to help locate the leak.

I removed my intake manifold one week ago and renewed the gaskets and cleaned the intake. Now seems like its the swirl flaps leaking. I deleted them with a kit long time ago and it looks like its leaking where the block off plates are.

any solution to this?
