actually...when i went for the launch of the 5s in sepang they had a E-class there to compare...all the dimensions were taken...n the bmw had same boot space...longer leg room, more head room. its proven...the the e60 is a bigger car inside....but they also said where they found the space...the fron seats r actually arch inwards...n the rear seats r a bit more sunken in...to creat the space. also the rear seats r actually 1 cm shorter between ur bum n your knees. asians will not feel the difference. thats how they got the xtra space.

the cost of the bmw is now more expensive than the e-class...but if u hv looked at the price of the merc's options...u will faint. the bmw's options is 25% cheaper for xenons, for bigger wheels, almost everything...

Shit...my idrive TFT screen got a dead pixel...must be damn lucky to have that!...waiting for pml to replace the TFT screen

I have one question...when reverse, the mirror on the passenger side will tilt down if the button on the mirror control is pushed to the right or left? My e46 was pushed to left...and merc was pushed to left but e60 pushed to right??? baffle....

Oh..it is very obvious...a pixel with different color from the rest...for my dead pixel...it is green. One dot on the screen...

Hi Guys,

Anyone has that rattle from the driver (or is it front passenger) door window in the E60? The test drive 530i I tried at PML had it, and it was real annoying.

My 1997 E39 had it also, did they fix it in the later ones? The E46 coupe I've been driving for the last few years has been great no rattles and real quiet for a small car.

I hope they fix it in the E60.

I will test it out later to see if there is any rattling. Could it be the steering wheel? Mayb that is active steering rattling note...
