i used to install an Alpine touch screen LCD in my C class before, for most MB cars, it is quite easy to mod the panel and include the motorised panel and still look stock.
E60/E65 is a little more difficult due to the idrive screen already there and another screen on the dash looks odd. Anything extra on the E60 dash looked ''unstock''.

nice NIkon D100? or newer now?
you going to the hifi show this weekend at Le meridien?
are you oggling the rx-8 too? test drove one from mazda motor.. felt it was not that quick and i found out that theirs are detuned version. Japanese specs version is a ~6.5sec car max at 9000 rpm on stick shift.

ya, i am looking at it and studying the specs.
the new 6sp auto is out and high specs S can be obtain from some P.I. already.
The one from MM is detuned, not much fun, agree. The High Spec S is more fun with a 6port engine compared to 4 port that MM is having.
the Amemiya ECU program can boost the HP, but before that, the headers, exhausts and flywheel (even the final drive) can be changed. Upgraded springs and brakes should be done but all these at a cost probably a fraction of what you could spent on a E60!
i like the pop up lcd nav screen but maybe a problem importing it. waiting for an answer...maybe till then, the 335i is in already....incidentally, the 335i has some nav problem with the new lcd screen in the USA.

Can someone scan/email me a copy of the Twin Antenna TV Tuner which Ah Bao installed for us? When I took over from BZSAB... there was no user guide.
Questions:
There seems to be 6 channels available... now its 1) TVMobile 2) Ch 5 3) Ch 8 4) Blank 5) CNA 6) Blank.
Can I program KidsCentral and Channel U on those 2 free slots?
How do I get back from TVText to the TV function? There don't seem to be a "ESC" or "TV" button once I get to the "Text"...
Thanks!

looks like you have done lots of research... the 6sp auto will be great at least. I was working out a sweat with the manual during the test drive and i was jerking my wife and daughter against the head rest at the back with my impotent left leg working the clucth. The last manual i drove was Astina back in 98!

The other is Monster Garage which works with World of Cars, they will do anythihng to the RX8 to your heart's content! Most RX8 owners go to Monster G to do up their rides. (similar to Juzz for cars and BVO)
By the way, the 6 speed auto has paddle shift on the steering wheel!
Saturday is less crowded and a better day to visit. But i probably can only make it on Sunday. Which setup you are looking for? if i am there, i can look see too....i presume your setup can buy an RX8!
Holy craps!!!! i only see the attached images after i send the post....you can really exchange an RX8 for that monster! excluding the rest of your setup!
