I had opened the mini many times, do not recall there is a fuse in it. What you can do it to get a multimeter and measure the outlet from the power supply. If it is working, thevoltage of should be about 12VDC.
the power is connected directly to the motherboard.
the supplied power supply have a short circuit protection.
check if the power supply has a 18v output to the mini.
if there is, most likely the motherboard is gone.
send it back to apple, they will replace at no charge.

any way i think i spoilt my new mac looks like the mother board problem.i have already burnt my note book doing the connection to my car...ooops.(any way it was time for a new one)
could some one help with the com0com registry stuff the next time we meet.......kopi on me hahhaa.
this forum and bmw.sg is evil...made me modd so much to my car until im restless.
zig you do any simple mod they will point fingers hahahha.
