No point doing survey, etc. Just throw the money to employees for good service award or some suggestion seheme award and results will begin to show. How to guage thru survey? Everyone is gonna be unhappy except for the odd one who may have nothing to talk about because his/her car is chauffer driven.

Hi Stranger,
Long time no see. Before the current 20.02, my ride's last CIP was 18.xx. I think it is definitely not software related as 20.02 did not solve the problem![Nono](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/nono.gif)

For the past 1+ week, my rear 2 door auto lock behaves perfectly. I did something but I can't explain it other than calling it black magic. It could be coincidence. Let's hope they don't go crazy again after I write this. But I know the problem might come back if I do the gas pedal reset step. It happened to me; then I went through my black magic steps again, and the problem has been away for more than 1 week now, something like 2 weeks already.

He is referring to a 30 days hrs, ie. 72,000 per month. When he said" 20,000 hrs", he meant on the eigth day of the month at 8 am. This is how he got 20,000 hrs.
