Stranger, $1K+ for KW Var 1 was quoted by a bmw.sg site sponser. He mentioned that, based on my requirements, the Var 1 with variable height adjustments will suffice.

Tracking sounds really exciting!!! Must follow you guys there one day....even if I don't intend to participate. Just seeing you guys in action will be trilling enough; very much unlike the fun we had during IDT.

Your M6 can be safety car

Edlee no worries. it's cheap, just RM350, even if you just do 5 laps, doesn't matter.
Also, Sepang is sooooo big (5+km per lap) that you hardly ever see another car if you time your runs properly and wait for a gap before going out.
For example at the last track day, we had 40+ cars in total. At the very most, there was half the cars on track
at any one time.

my car in bvo today..doing the lines. the rari driver is young la...gene...1.1km main straights u can gun for 190kmh. brake at 75km mark. full brake...dsc leave it on. 2 places u dun wanna spin. turn 8 n turn 1...especially turn 1..u spin u go straight thru the sand n into the wall..no tyres there. but i saw the 360 CS time....not very impressive leh.
. I find 200km/h approaching T1 or T15, lift at 150m and brake (hard) at 100m is about right, if your brakes are not too hot (1st hot lap), a little after 100m still can (but must still lift at 150m). Sepang is slow in fast out, if you slow down enough for T1, T9, T15 and not have to brake in the turn, it's easy to get a good exitI tend to loose time at T2, the camber at that turn makes it tricky, I always get confused and use either too much or too little throttle, most of the time get understeer and the run up on T3 is crap as a result.
haha i saw the 360CS braking at 50 mark b4! fiorano instructors at the wheel...blardy amazing...no chance wif our car. with the ultimate brakes can brake at about 85. full brake. turn n try to keep right. no need to apex turn 2 on the uphill...it can unsettle the brake
Hi tcc39 and welcome to the forum.
The car was there overnight due to a campaign to replace the vanos oil line. Everything is working well with this ride so far.
Just pop in at PML Alexandra and you'll see an Indianapolis Red M6 there. That one'll really make your day is you are superstitious
