Hi, I noticed that when I stop my E60on a slope, the car would roll back when I release the foot brake with engine still running and without the handbrake on. I think there is something wrong as the car is supposed to be stationary. Any one of you have similar experience?

btw they hv dropped the price for all e60...the 530 costs 239k now.

kiasu....maybe the slope u tried it on was too steep! then u will experience roll back...

Ed520, but my E39 never slided back no matter how steep the slope was.

530i, I think E60 520 price will drop by about S$8,000.

 

there is nothing they can do about it...cept to refund me the value of the logic 7...n gimme a letter to retrofit at this price or better when they r able to do it. i threatened to cancel order for the car...n they gave me a free v-kool as a result.

i m just thinking...how m i gonna verify that the car has sports sus n dynamic drive? jack-up the car to hv a look?

FYI, the 520i now cost $193K...

530i........i think u shld ask them to jack up the car n let u take a look on the underside when u take delivery! not so sure how to check whether there is dynamic drive or not though? but i think u shld be able to c the sports susp. so when is ur car due?

 

I encountered roll-back as well....My c200 komp din have this problem.

my side mirrors can only fold inwards but no upwards. How do you make in go upwards?

 

they told me...in next 10 days....car has been inspected...n the logic 7 is the only one missing....but still i want to be able to check the stuff out myself.
