anyway my m-sport kit is up! must say it is surely attracting a lot of attention. was behind an STI yesterday on the highway...he actually pulled over to let me pass. probably wondering if it was m5...(i wish)...

anyway guys....if u r interested in kitting...go down to sim wee chuan. they hv the exact 100% replica of the m5 kit...no not the m-sport...but the m5! down to the 4 pipes n rear difuser!

 

I should say the aircon thing is not bothering me too much. I know how to handle it but have do it very often.

The window thing I also can live with it until I send it in for service.

The grinding CD, trying to live with it. I know how to ensure it won't happen; just need to make sure I don't park the car with CD selected. PML will need 2 days. I am not sure if they could actually catch it cause it is really random.

The knocking sound. This one is getting to me as it's getting louder.

The clicking noise on the steering wheel; each time I hear it my heart aches ...

All in I don't know how many days I am going to lose my car for them to fix.

 

totoseow, how much is the replicate sold by Sim Wee Chuan? does it mean the fog lights will go since the m5 bumper has no fog lights? Do you have their phone no.?

Went to look at the new Lexus GS300 today. The car looks sporty but the rear passenger room is lacking and boot space is also very small. Having owned the E60 for a year now, I felt very cramped when I sat in the GS300. For the price of the full specs GS300 model, which is S$193K, one can get the BMW E60 520i or the MB E200. I think it will be hard for Lexus to win over BMW and MB fans in this category. But for die-hard Lexus fans, this new model is definitely causing much excitment in them.

 

Apparently, they got 250 orders before the car came in. $193K is not bad considering you're getting a 3l V6 with lots of gadgets, and for that money you can probably only manage a BMW 525i or E240.

But hey, it all depends of whether you mind driving what is basically a Toyota with a "L" badge
