Hi Snoopy.? Welcome to the forum.
Pls be very careful what you mod.? As you may realise from our local forum and this E60 net forum, the E60 is still not a very stable car.? You might have to send it back to PML one of these days for some rectification and discover that you have somehow void your warranty by modifying some components of your engine.? PML is very strict when it comes to modifications and will not hesitate to take a stand.

Hi Zag. Yep, she's already in. In fact, from the updates I have, PML's already done the PDI. She'll be sent to Alexandra Ctr over the next few days for the fitting of the ACS kit and I'll probably take delivery there by 20/22 Nov after all the necessary paperwork is done.
Will definitely post some photos here once I've taken delivery.

btw, are you having full ACS kit?
saw a black 525i will full kit. awesome!
did you do away with runflat also? those are noisy tyres after 20k km!
Only added the aerodynamic kit - side skirts, front spoilers, rear spoilers and boot & roof spoiler. Thought of trading in the run flats for conventional ones; still got a week to decide.
Hi Edlee,
I can certainly feel your excitement
about taking delivery of your ride.
Pertaining to the runflats, you certainly can cut the time to make the decision of opting for better tires!! The runflat sux
. They began to be extremely nosiy a little after 10K km (someone in this forum describe his light a truck's and I must say I regretted
not swopping it earlier). One thing is for sure, the next set of tires I am going for would be non-runflats - I would have to add a jack, wrench and a spare though.

Hi Guys!
New here. Took me a good 3 days to read through all 106 pages! Sheesh!!! Well, happy to join in this discussion. I own a Sapphire Black 520i (Black interior) which I collected in June 2004 and a BlackVW Beetle 1.8T. No problems so far. Looking forward on meeting up with you guys soon!
Any recommendations on a good wax/shine service? How much is it?
BTW...I am in the Pro-Audio (mostly recording studios) business.

Hi dindae520i, welcome to this thread. I use the Autoglym. But the perfectionists here use the Zymol Destiny. For car wash, I use the BMW wax and shampoo lotion.
My car is Sapphire Black with grey interior and style 124 rims and PDC. I have been driving it since Dec last year. So car no major problem (touch wood).
