e60 premium sound speakers problem

a friend of mine gave me this one cd i put it in the song started to play but the front speakers kind of cut off and buzz it happens with mostly every song besides 2 song could it be possible that the cd is scratched? when i play fm da speakers seem to be ok

Ok... I think the obvious questions should be asked, although they should have been answered in the original post...
- Is the cd scratched (look at it!)
- Does the cd play on another device with no problem?
- Do other cd's play with no issues on your car audio system?
- You mentioned FM "seems" to be ok... do the speakers sound ok with other sources or not????
- Did you move the balance and fade at all to see how it responds???
My head hurts now.......

when i put other cds it seems to be fine and also theres like 2 songs that play good and rest of em do this and also i hearSound from front, passenger side with some crackle but not in the back
