yeah... its expensive but its worth it... i already spended 2k on mods for my car so what the heck at least when i sell it in 2 years it will be worth buying it from me.. i want a 2010 m5 after this one ...
BTW there is something i dont get in the options of the website u gave me .. i found the paddle shift ..it said i had to purchase a steering wheel then it told me that i have to add paddles which i did then finally it asked me again about paddle shift kit... why did it ask me again about it...

Include Paddle Shift Add-On [Add $149.99]what the hell does this mean when it asked me above what type of paddle shifts i want

I don't know why it says that. You can email them and ask they are usually pretty fast to reply. I haven't looked at that page in awhile since I gave up retrofitting the paddles into my car.

let me tell u what my shift stick does ... i place it into DS then push it down to shift up (it goes back to the center once i shift) and the same for the opposite it never stays locked after i shift .. so for example if i was in gear 2 and i want to go to gear 3 i push it down then let it go it will pop back into the center... my car is 2006 530i so i really dont know what is the difference between lci and pre lci... whether its engine wise or exterior wise .. i always get lost between them..
Okay,,, well its the same principle ( as in ds )the lci shifter when u put it in drive ,reverse, and park,,the shifter returns to the center,,,, a pre lci stays in park position, reverse position,, and drive position.. So wat im saying is if u put a LCI electronic trany shifter on a pre LCI mechanical shifting trany..The lci shifter will still funtion as a pre lci mechanical shifter... and wont return to the center position as a electronic trany does,,,
