just a quick question what lamp does the e60 m sport take in fogs is it H8 or 9006?

Some places say h8 and some say 9006, can anyone confirm this.

Also was looking at mtec lamps can anyone recommend any from here

if it's pre-lci then it should be 9006...at least that's what I bought when I upgraded the bulbs

 

Appears to be HB4 12V 51W for standard or M Technik fog lamp.

RealOEM: E60, Lighting, Fog lights

 

VEEERY confused now ! its deffo not H8 now

so its either 9006 or HB4 12v

Mine ('07 530xi) were 9006 but I always advise removing the original lamp to verify the bulb style - ESPECIALLY if replacing with a more expensive after-market type.

 

@Luigi524td thats exactly what i would of done, but if you see my other post some fu*ker stole my fogs and part of the wire that goes with it! So im clueless to what it was and im getting different answers.

OH! I didn't see that post ... but that sux big time ... The HB4 = 9006!
