You sure you made the correct wirring changes? Added neccessary wires as well?
I can get you wirring info if needed and if all wired correctly its simple coding to make it work

If you car came with these mirrors from factory then you dont need any wiring info, what you need to find is the cause why the lights stopped working :/

 

My wiring is ok i think.. Brown and grey the led light, i disconnect two pins from the connector and tested with 12v battery, the led and line works fine. so... I don't have any idea why the led not work...

 

Did you ever get this sorted? i'm having the exact same issue, i've retrofitted folding mirrors with led, folding works perfectly, but the light never seems to come on. I've coded the VO to CAS and LMA, no difference. (My car did not come with the $563 from factory)
