E60 LCI Angel Eye upgrade
So I've been reading on and off about upgrading lights, and I thought I'd finally do it. Umnitza had a sale and I saw it Sunday.. so I ordered it up. Received the package Thursday and went to put them in at work when I was in the parking lot.
Here's a link to the for sale thread:

I have a 2008 535xi with Xenons and I used the ICE VXX kit.
First things first.. I had trouble figuring out exactly which bulb to replace. I searched a bit, took things apart, and I sent a PM to confirm with Umnitza, which was answered by the end of the day.
I was first confused because I took out the correct bulb, but there was enough light inside my headlight to make it look like I didn't get the right one.
SO... for everyone that's unclear. It is the ONLY round cap that is accessible that is closest to the license plate. Unscrew the cap, and the first bulb to the top is it. It is an H8 bulb. You DO NOT have to take out the headlight.. in fact I couldn't anyways.. something was hanging onto it so I put it all back together.
Here are some before and after pictures. They are really, really bright, so the camera had trouble focusing in.. but you get the idea!
+1 for Umnitza and this upgrade.. it's really nice!

Don't quote me. .but they do sell them for the pre lci.. and you would have to take the headlight out to change it. Still taking the headlight out was 4 screws. .so it won't be a ton harder. .
