I don't know about US market but BMW lets you order the car as you want it.
You may have to ask the dealer to make a change to your car at the dealership, because it cannot be ordered from the factory in the configuration you want. For example, if you order a bundle-package that only comes with wood trim, the only way to get the titanium trim is to ask your dealer to swap it out for you. Just be prepared to negotiate with the dealer as they'll want to charge you for it!

I had wood in my and now I have change them to real Silver Carbon fiber trims
