like brand new...good job. i need to redo mine...i plan to spray it with some dupont automotive clear, then color sand buff to help last longer...i found just sanding and polishing, it fades after a few months.

Thanks guys very much, this way of doing the headlights gets them back to the way they were when they were new . I set the lowest speed on the high speed polisher since all the burnt plastic was removed by sanding stages.

This can actually be avoided though if every other wash you apply a thin coat of carnauba or polymer wax and let it sit for a few minutes then wipe off. I did the headlights on my gti 2 years ago and they still look the same as the day I did them.

Smooth video bro... I just did this a couple of weeks ago. I used the home made sealant DIY on here. Lights look great tho. In the future if you remove the lights it makes it 10x easier dont have to worry about the paint takes 2 minutes..
