Thx for the info! The new automatic shift lever looks interesting. Looks a bit like the design from M5.

I was hoping to see a more "aggressive" front end for the 550, and maybe a redo on the headlights to rid them of the eyebrows. Really doesn't look like much of a change. I was hoping for more.

What's the second lens in the front DS of the sedan? It looks almost like the night vision camera but it's not.

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
I have said all the time that the E60 facelift will occour in September next year.
But now I could see, that the E60 facelift could come in March/April for the US MY '08?
Reasons for my light change of opinion is:
- E60 sales are now a bit back (facelifted E Mercedes)
- US markets are really important for the E60 (40 % of all sold BMW's are E90, 25 % E60's)
- new engines available (most important the 535i, but no new V8!?)
- the competition is harder than ever for strong powerfull Premuim cars, even the M5 will get a boost
The new X5 will be launched soon and the V8 is still the same 335 hp 4.8 l.
