Just been shopping and guess what!! some muppet has obviously judged it wrong and put a nice long dent/crease on passenger door. At first it looked horrific and was on both doors, but after polishing it the back door is fine and the white mark has gone, no paint damage just a crease. How are these doors made? is it a respray? or are there some new fandangle ways to smooth it out. I hope there is or I`m in for a ?600 excess. Would really appreciate the views of the forum.

I'm really sorry to hear that I know how you feel. Wish I had an answer but I don't just wanted to lend some support.

We definitely neeed to mod the cars with Spy cams all-around car.. some ppl intensionally push shopping carts when ever they seen a nice expensive shiny car infront of them.

I guess they think, if I aint having, nobody else should lol...

Sorry to read about this SC.

You do not tell us much about your car nor its birth.
The longer the paint sits there the harder it is to paint as it was.

The hood and front fenders are made of aluminum, but the doors are good ol' steel.

Since I'm a bit pedantic, I would paint the doors at the dealers.

Me myself, I got a insurance - even for these hooligans.
For some loosers the E60 is just too much
