Hi, I have just bought a 530d LCI, its my first ever BMW after being a hardcore Audi fan.
Now Ive bought the car accident damaged, non recorded, and the passenger airbag had been deployed.
Ive got the car repaired and the only thing that remains is replacing the dashboard along with the airbag.
I have spent ages searching all over the net and cant find any instructions on doing this.
I know I can send it in somewhere and get it done but its going to cost me around £200.
Ive got all the tools and I've seen instructions for dash removal for E92 and it doesnt look like rocket science.
Any help will be greatly appreciated..

I think the best instructions are going to be giving it a go for yourself. It is more time consuming than difficult - hardest part would be the steering column from what I have researched. The 'dash' is really just a shell covering a steel frame that supports various electronics and HVAC equipment.
To give you an idea, go to www.realoem.com and look up the dash for your car, you will be able to see the general dimensions.
Start early in the day, make sure to have a magnetic bolt tray and a digital camera for reference during installation of the new one.
Good luck! Once you get into it you will see how straight forward it is.
