I think the cop comment of 'NOW the alarm goes off' gives it away. Stolen car being recovered.

I see your point but someone should restrict these dummies (Tow Truck Drivers) on how to tow vehicles! This guy not only destroyed the car but the property and the cops are standing there watching and enjoying what's happening. What if the car was stolen? Can you imagine if my car or yours was stolen and parked there! Not only the car was stolen but these dump ass cops and tow truck driver damaged it!

I remember not long ago there was a clip online of how this tow truck practically destroyed two cars trying to tow a vehicle in the snow. People were screaming, and the fucker just kept at it.

I agree. So what if it was stolen? My guess is they can contact the owner and have them show up with the key or get the dealer to cut a new one. This whole situation is completely ridiculous and I am glad it was caught on tape. Someone seen on that tape is going to end up having to pay for this in one way or another. I don't think an insurance company would bend over and take it after seeing this tape.

If the car wasn't stolen, I would think a boot could do the job too. Not seeing why this course of action and ripping the car apart like this would ever be required. Also, it'd appear they damage the grass and tore up those bushes/shrubs as well. Looks like a bunch of uneducated dip shits imo.
