2010 535IX w 175,000 miles. Just did a walnut cleaning of valves, and installed new valve cover and gasket. Replaced both the Manifold Air Pressure sensor and Boost Pressure Sensor. These were done because I had, running lean on both bank codes with rough idle and hesitation on acceleration. Car accelerates much better and idles smooth most the time. Now getting a P3238 code occasionally with the "reduced power" message on the display. Shut of and restart, and it runs good. Any thought on what the next step would be in trying to find the culprit ? Doing a Google search resulted in several different areas that could be an issue. Thanks for your input :O)

I would back trace your work to make sure everything was plugged in correctly and tightened up. Also you need to get INPA to effectively troubleshoot BMWs

What INPA do people have the best results with ? I prefer not to spend a lot on it as I am planning on selling the car once it is running good.

It's a software that can be found free if you look for it. The only thing you would have to pay for is the cable usually around $20.
How long have you've owned your car. INPA is a great tool to have when DIYing BMWs

I have had it since it had 35,000 miles. The local experts at the dealer don't seem to be able to trouble shoot unless it sets a code that is 100% definitive. It runs much better with the clean valves, but still setting a lean bank 1 code. I am running injector cleaner presently to see if that makes any difference.......
Through research, I am suspecting a low pressure fuel pump, pressure switch, or injector issue.

I don't think it's either. Have you back traced your steps yet. There's something you missed or a vacuum hose cracked while working.
