Replacements should be a part of the 4 year all-inclusive maintenance package

OK, Mr Service Advisor. While you are at it, the wiper blades streak, the coolant is low and the first aid kit is missing things.

I wonder if you can get a CCA discount on the replacement parts if they're not included in the maintenance package?
