Ok so you have this on your car
S606A NAVIGATIONSSYSTEM BUSINESS (Navigation system Business)
I Think you have a different navigation in the EU than US so I'm not exactly sure what it does. I believe you can only put in a destination and it guides you with set points you cannot change that.

SA606 Navigation business
SA609 Navigation professional
SA606 was not available in the US only SA609
There both functionally the same except SA606 has no colour map display and 6 inch screen.
