I ran 5 people off the road today. Will I have to cut back when I get my 5er?
No - you'll just be able to do two or three at a time!

Really, only 2 or 3 - I thought we had a built in right of way

Interesting reading the post here, because I used to get lots of other drivers having a go when I had my E46 3er M-Sport (loved that car - an absolute classic!!) but now with my E60 I find that people typically don't bother and definitly get out the way a lot quicker without me even having to push If I see what looks like a high-powered car coming up behind me quickly, e.g. Porsche/M5/RS6, I always get straight out of the way and let it through - could be what others think of the E60 (m-sport) when they see it in their mirror

I disagree that any significant percentage of non-BMW drivers are affected by (or even subconciously notice) some esoteric trim level.

The biggest impact is that it's one of several marques which have been observed to be, on occasion, "in a hurry".

I find if my xenons are on (when appropriate of course), I get an even clearer road!

I think the bottom line any courtesy or reasonable attitude has in general gone from many drivers on UK roads. All seem to be on some sort of mission. Its a pity as driving can be pleasurable. In the right car of course
