As per title can I install auto fold mirrors from a lhd E60 onto a rhd E60? and if so are the mirror cases the body coloured bit interchangeable also?

I would imagine the mirror bodys are the same t keep costs down, it`s just the glass thats different.

Its actually not the glass that is different its the housing (especially the base that fits to the car) that is different between the mirrors. So NO is the correct answer.
